In fact, Glover surprised employees with a raise for sticking with his business through its growing pains. This reversal is somewhat unprecedented in the workforce. The tables were turned on bill collectors and now it's they who must pay the customer. Time Warner Cable owes a woman $229,500 in a cellphone robocalls lawsuit reported Reuters July 7. TWC called Araceli King, of Irving, Texas 153 times using an auto-generated "Interactive Voice Response" (IVR) system. Calls were made in an attempt to collect on cable bills owed. However King was not the party who owed.
